At You Sit We Clip, we started with one salon and a vision backed by hard work. Sixteen years later, we’ve grown to eleven locations spanning the Texas Hill Country to the Gulf Coast and, more importantly, we’ve built a team we’re genuinely proud of.
We’re John and Mary-Margaret Howard, and you’ll find us regularly in our salons. We believe in being present, supporting our teams, and leading by example. Along the way, we’ve earned multiple awards from Great Clips corporate, but what matters most to us is the culture we’ve built... one where people come in, grow into leaders, and build long-term careers.
Our longest-tenured team member has been with us for more than 13 years, and many others are approaching a decade with us. That kind of loyalty doesn’t happen by accident. It’s the result of investing in people and creating a place where they can truly succeed.

Our original salon in Kerrville has been thriving for nearly 25 years. It's the foundation of our growth since we purchased it on January 1, 2010. Today, we operate multiple salons across the Hill Country, San Antonio, and the Gulf Coast, with additional locations opening soon.
